Sensor coating
We meet the needs of all OEMs worldwide. The powder coating of the parking sensors is fully automated.
In 2003, we developed a process for the efficient powder coating of aluminum parts for parking sensors. We are now the global market leader and our products are in demand in the three-digit million range. Our customers especially appreciate our reliability in terms of delivery reliability and quality.
Powder coating
High quality and environmentally friendly: Coating with powder coating is solvent-free. It is mostly used for metal components such as aluminum rims, sheet metal parts, structures, vehicle parts or fences. It offers permanent protection against environmental influences and makes cleaning easier.
All common types of powder coating are available for an effective design and optimal corrosion protection. Our coating systems for steel and galvanized steel meet the DIN 55633 standard.

Wet painting
Wet painting is a coating system based on volatile, organic solvents or water. It is used wherever powder coating is not possible or not desired.
With our specialist staff, we carry out orders for our customers with the highest technical requirements. For years, we have been an established supplier of high-quality piano lacquer surfaces in medical technology. We use wet paint in particular for non-metallic workpieces - for example, when mirror-smooth or multi-colored surfaces need to be created.

Chemical pretreatment
In order to achieve the best results in powder coating and wet painting, a thorough pretreatment of the components is necessary. For example, we remove surface contamination such as dirt, grease, oil or corrosion products.
We have a state-of-the-art cross-stroke pretreatment system. The flexibility of the system allows us to process the following substrates in batch operation without any set-up times.

For the sake of the environment, we implement the process without wastewater - thanks to the use of modern evaporator systems.
Sandblasting
Coarse contaminants such as rust, scale or similar solid contaminants can be removed by mechanical cleaning. We use corundum to blast the components.
If required, we can blast your workpieces in our in-house blasting hall. This rounds off our options for achieving optimal corrosion protection for our customers.

Industrielackierung Biedermann GmbH is DIN ISO 9001 certified. We work in the automotive sector similar to IATF. In our in-house laboratory we are able to carry out various tests for our customers, in particular condensation tests, cross-cut tests and microscopic monitoring of our pre-treatment quality.
